The ability to specify that the "errorbar" function display the error bars inside the individual bars is not available in MATLAB. It displays errorbar at the center of each group.
To work around this issue, find the center of each bar and pass this data into "errorbar" with the respective error values.

Mintao is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of East Anglia (UEA).
His research investigates how people perceive and represent their social and physical environment. Current research topics are (i) face perception and recognition and (ii) human spatial navigation.
Celia is a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics. She is co-supervised by Dr. Isabelle Bülthoff, Dr. Mintao Zhao, and Dr. Andreas Bartels.
Her research investigates high-level visual representations in the brain. She uses fMRI to explore how information about people and objects is represented in the human brain.
Nack was a Master student at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics co-supervised by Dr. Isabelle Bülthoff and Dr. Mintao Zhao.
Her research projects investigated how people represent familiar faces in memory and how own- and other-race faces are maintained in visual working memory.
